I've been a avid loose leaf tea drinker for years, but until now, have never purchased any of the integrated steeper/kettle products available. I'm pleased with the Cuisinart TEA-100 PerfecTemp Programmable Tea Steeper and Kettle results so far. I've been using the product approx twice a day now for about 7 months.

The Cuisinart TEA-100 PerfecTemp Programmable tea maker is a very sturdy device. The carafe is very good, the spout does not dribble when it pours, and all of the parts seem to be made quite well. It is also quite easy to use; reading the directions are probably a minor necessity, but once you get the quick hang of it, it is very easy to use.

If you are considering a tea maker, I would strongly recommend this Cuisinart TEA-100 PerfecTemp over the Trinitea (which several people have noted breaks down after a fairly short time.) This machine is sturdier, makes tea that is every bit as good, and does a good job of keeping it warm (for at least 30 minutes) after it is steeped.

This Cuisinart TEA-100 PerfecTemp Programmable Tea Steeper and Kettle  is a fast way to make tea. The kettle heats up to the preselected temperature in about 2 minutes, and has lots of selections for different tea temperatures and steeping times. It seems durable; I have been sing it for about 7 months and have no complaints.
